I log in everyday and I will respond if I am pmed but i afk quite often. I should be active mostly around the afternoon (pst).

Joined any previous guilds? If so, which one(s) and reasons of leaving them:
Active: Friends left the guild and I did not have a reason to stay
Dope: I stopped playing for a while but when I came back the guild was dead
Sospita: Small guild with my friends but we all stopped playing

How did you hear about us? References (if any):
I heard about Tsunderes from Ouuch first but was then persuaded to join by Darcievel

Why did you consider us?
I considered joining Tsunderes because it seems like an active guild where I can run things with people and I already know two people in the guild so that is always a plus  

Who is the founder of this guild?
I am not sure but I know the leader of the guild is Thugsta and the Jr. leader is Ouuch

we always need more people to run field bosses so this works well!

I know you have some dark friends in real life that plays this game that are known to be top trollicious in the server. This guild is a private guild, you are not to share any info of what happens in the guild outside of the guild even if they are your real life friends. You are not allowed to show your screen to outsiders as well. Can you keep up with the policy?

Yeah of course! Although I know dark friends I do not get involved with their trollicious activites, I do my best to avoid those kinds of things.

You are running a mission. There is a conflict among people in the party. What do you do?

A) Ignore them; you are strong enough to solo this.
B) Confront them, and try to resolve the conflict by taking charge.
C) One of your friends is involved, PM him/her to chill.
D) Leave this party, you don't have time for this horseshit.

B) I would try to see what the problem is on each side of the story and help resolve it as much as possible but if it is out of my control I would hand it to the proper authorities
C) If one of my friends are involved I would tell them to chill because that just adds unnecessary provocation to the problem

Thug has been overthrown, and is no longer leader.  The last I heard, his position was the guild food tester.  ;D
